Add WiFi Credentials Via App

Add Credentials via the Zeptive Phone App.

Download phone app from Apple Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android):


Once app is installed, perform the following steps to get your Zeptive device connected to your wireless network:

NOTE: Devices should be reconfigured one at a time to simplify pairing.

2.      A bluetooth symbol in a blue circle Description automatically generated     Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

3.     A blue square with white dots Description automatically generated      Open the Zeptive app.

4.     A silver hook with a round circular object Description automatically generated    Place magnet on silver sticker for ~5 seconds or until the blue/white LED is illuminated.   NOTE: Some devices may have a triangle indicator in lieu of a silver label.

5.                   Remove magnet once LED illuminates.

                

NOTE: Device will stay in reconfigure mode for ~5 minutes and the LED color will alternate between Blue and White. The process can be repeated with the magnet if it doesn’t connect in time.

6.      Perform the following steps on the phone app to add the device credentials.

NOTE: The phone app graphics may differ slightly based on whether you’re using an Android or iOS device, however the steps and functionality will be virtually the same.
